Volunteers are our next prime source as without them we are non-operational. All the outskirts work of the foundation is done by them and more of them is all that we need for our full functionality. The role of a volunteer in our foundation is as follows.

• To spread the word about Pani foundation
• To act as a medium between the foundation and the new sponsors by bringing out the actual mission of the foundation
• To identify youth talents in the rural area
• To analyse the rural areas that are economically backwards and to bring forward the people from the rural families who are eligible to our criteria
• If your expertise is in our field you are invited to join our internal mentorship programme and can mentor our selected trainees.
