OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
With a mission to transform lives of Rural Youths, Pani Foundation has conceptualized and been implementing multiple skill development programs. We work along with multiple stakeholders, sponsors, volunteers to make this possible. Here we have listed below our four major programmes. Kindly support us succeed and touch lives of more beneficiaries in Rural Tamilnadu.
Education
Providing vocational education to underprivileged youth from Rural areas of Tamilnadu is the flagship programme of Pani Foundation. Quality Education, especially that readily offers employment has become commoditized and not accessible to all in our country. Pani Foundation has taken this as its primary responsibility and gateway for imparting implant training to qualified candidates.
Training
What good is education when it’s not applied? Pani Foundation offers on-the-job training to students who clear foundational education provided. Bridging the gap between education and industry expectations is addressed here. Trainees who emerge successfully through the rigorous programmes become highly knowledgeable and readily employable by multiple industry segments.
Employment
The students who complete Pani Foundations are readily employed by a network of organizations for their own quality technical staffing requirements. Hundreds and Thousands of rupees could be saved when organizations readily choose results delivering staff members from their first day of working. Additionally, Pani Foundation will provide placement assistance to deserving students with the right working attitude.
Entrepreneurship
Pani Foundation democratizes the entrepreneurship ecosystem by elevating rural talent for whom it was otherwise inaccessible. With so many entrepreneurship schemes and financial assistance readily available for those who make positive value addition, alumni of Pani Foundation will be prepared to become self-made Entrepreneurs. As Entrepreneurs, alumni of Pani Foundation will create new jobs.

How does our organisation work?
Pani foundation’s main aim is to source the talented rural youths who are financially unstable but have the willingness to make their life a better one. We take them under our wings and nurture them not to be just employees but as entrepreneurs.
Our process is
RECRUIT
Through our volunteers and our reach we identify the to-be trainees of Pani foundation. We screen their background, their financial status and we seek to know about their own willingness to indulge themselves in our mission. We provide vocational training for them and make them experts in a particular field of work.
IMPART
When we screen the candidates we identify their un constructed talents and the fields that they may have already worked in to train them in their respectives. We offer a wide range of vocational training for the chosen and we upskill them through practical training making them industry's best.
NURTURE
Our activities just don't stop at training them, we have our connections to various companies where they are eager to recruit actual talents. Thus we rigid ourselves in providing them employment through which a stable income is promised to their families.
ELEVATE
We would like to develop our trainees into self-sustaining individuals therefore we mentor and train them to be entrepreneurs. From providing financial assistance to briefing them about the market opportunities Pani foundation is keen to observe its trainees to bloom into magnates.
Achievements
Pani foundation has successfully outsourced trainees from various rural areas of Tamilnadu and has started the vocational training for them.The foundation has witnessed the financial revolution that has happened to their families when the alumnus were employed along with the brighter life paths that they experience. Our greatest achievement is for us to see few of our trainees bloom into successful entrepreneurs.
